Delicious meals are prepared from scratch on-site by our highly skilled cooks. Menus are developed by our Dietary Director, keeping in mind the preferences and nutritional requirements of our patients and residents, and are reviewed by our on-staff Registered Dietician to ensure proper balance of nutrients for each individual. A varied menu is available, and alternate consistency diets are provided for those whose physicians have ordered them.

Our Dietary department is staffed by skilled, hard-working team members who believe that a great dining experience can enhance a person’s stay at the center, and are diligent in providing just that.

Individualized, varying menus are provided to not only give residents meal options that meet their nutritional requirements, but to also give them flavorful food that will satisfy their palate and help them look forward to every meal.

Upon entering the facility and on an ongoing basis, clients and family members have the ability to meet with the on-staff Registered Dietician and Food Service Manager to review any personal preferences, questions or concerns the client may have with regard to their diet.
